New Beginnings

As we move into Spring 2021, nights are getting lighter and on Sunday 28th March 2021 at 2am clocks Spring forward 1 hour. Everything seems full of promise, flowers are growing and new life is appearing. Lets take this opportunity to Spring into action and set goals and targets and think of ways to improve our wellbeing. Focus on the positives, get outside and enjoy the fresh air and with the governments road map you can start to plan more social time with friends and family. This will help you to stay connected and have some fun, boosting your well-being. Outdoor organised sport is also recommencing so maybe it is time to get back in touch with your old sports team or start a new hobby. How you have supported your own wellbeing during this pandemic. Thank you to all our students for taking part in the learner voice survey. Eating Disorder Awareness Week

The 1st to 7th March 2021 is Eating Disorder Awareness week. Eating disorders are a serious mental health issue which can affect any age, gender, ethnicity and background. Sufferers need lots of support and understanding to help them to get better. Talk to the people you trust about any concerns you have, there is support available to you.
