Loosing someone close to you can be extremely upsetting, everyone’s experience of grief can be very different, there is no correct way to feel. There are support services available which can help you to understand and manage the feelings associated with grief. Grief can also happen because of other types of loss including a relationship ending, loss of a pet or moving house or school. The current covid pandemic has also caused people a sense of loss due to missing out on education, celebrations and spending time with friends and family. Stress Awareness Month - April 2021

It is so nice to have all students back on site , whilst for most this is something to celebrate others may feel anxious and could also have an increased feeling of ‘Stress’ April is Stress Awareness Month and the theme for this year is ‘Regaining Connectivity, Certainty and Control’. You are asked to pick one action each for your Physical, Mental and Emotional Wellbeing to carry out every day.
