Loosing someone close to you can be extremely upsetting, everyone’s experience of grief can be very different, there is no correct way to feel. There are support services available which can help you to understand and manage the feelings associated with grief.

Grief can also happen because of other types of loss including a relationship ending, loss of a pet or moving house or school. The current covid pandemic has also caused people a sense of loss due to missing out on education, celebrations and spending time with friends and family.
