Structure for Well Being

Well done everyone, we have made it through the first week of remote working and staying home. I know it has not been easy, but you should be unbelievably proud of yourselves for accomplishing this. Below is a suggestion for structuring your days, to keep you well and on task. This will give you structure, a focus and a sense of control over the restrictions which are currently in place for us all. Please feel free to adapt this to suit your own well-being preferences. 8-9am- Breakfast and getting showered/dressed 9-10am- Checking in with teachers via Teams and completing work 10am-10:30am- Wyke Exercise- on Wyke social media page 10:30-11am- Break- cup of tea! 11-12pm- Continue with work via Teams 12-1pm- Lunch break 1-2pm- Mindfulness- drawing, colouring, listening to music, reading 2-4pm- Continue with work via Teams Check out MIND at: https://www.mind.org.uk/information-support/coronavirus-and-your-wellbeing/ which gives you advice on how to manage your wellbeing during the...

Well Being Sessions at Wyke Come along to the Well Being sessions in Oak 3 & 4 every Wednesday at 1:10pm until 1:40pm. This is a great time to relax to mindful music and enjoy some adult colouring to relieve stress and anxiety.
