Structure for Well Being

Well done everyone, we have made it through the first week of remote working and staying home. I know it has not been easy, but you should be unbelievably proud of yourselves for accomplishing this. Below is a suggestion for structuring your days, to keep you well and on task. This will give you structure, a focus and a sense of control over the restrictions which are currently in place for us all.
