World Suicide Prevention Day

World Suicide Prevention Day is Thursday 10th September.

Please know that you are not alone, there is support which you can access, please ensure you talk to someone about how you are feeling, share your thoughts and access support. Don’t make a decision today, focus on right now and how you will get through the day. Go to a safe place and stay away from anything which could harm you, talk to someone you trust about how you are feeling.
